Overall 10 + years of experience in the industry Minimum 6+ years of experience in a scrum master role Familiarity with software development Experience on .Net Full Stack Developer in solutioning and developing Working exp in Agile methodology Good knowledge of other Agile & Scrum methodologies Excellent communication and servant leadership skills Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Be the point of contact for communications at client side (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) Work with product owners to understand and share the details to offshore team so that team can work during offshore Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint 5-7 years of in Designing, Development and Maintenance of Scalable, Distributed applications, Microservices. Understanding of OO (Object Oriented) programming. Experience designing and implementing systems that integrate with .NET application’s API. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft CRM technologies. Proficiency in JavaScript, JavaScript Frameworks. MS Dynamics CE experience (Certifications a plus). Strong FM industry and product knowledge. Skills in web services, XML, HTML5, SharePoint, SSIS,SSRS, MVC. Ability to create portals and mobile applications and enablement of web pages for mobile devices. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
