Detailed Job Description:

Understanding of Microsoft Exchange Server 2013/2019 Hybrid Environment Setup with Exchange Online and on-premise, Office 365, Teams, Outlook connectivity, Free busy, MRM, DLP/E-discovery etc.Scenario handling, Troubleshooting Approach, Distribution Groups, OWA, and Outlook, Retention Policy and Retention Tags, XADM, XCSI & XCON.Command over client-server integration, Exchange Server security updates and mail flow concepts.Prior customer support experienceExperience in creating technical documentation and sharing knowledge with others through training delivery and/or mentoring.?Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must have excellent customer handling skillsImplement Active Directory RBAC model to secure the AD environmentProvide internal technical training to Advisory personnel as needed.Support Managed Services team on client calls as necessary.
