Minimum 4 years of Clarity experience providing clarity services Minimum 2 years of experience in developing Jaspersoft reports 1-2 years’ experience in Java Development will be an added advantage. Experienced in handling complex Clarity Technical support programs and achieve best in class user satisfaction Ability to help customers with clarity product adoption via conducting dedicated support hours for business users Flexibility to lead Clarity support engagement adhering to SLA’s, defining standard operating procedures, manage critical job/process failures, product upgrades and Broadcom support coordination. Ability to lead WAR room’s with effective Clarity solutions and workarounds Experience with Change deployment process, patch deployment process Experienced in building strong support knowledge base and increase efficiency of support effort. Strong expertise on Clarity Technical Skills – Clarity Studio, Java based Integrations, Data Migrations, XOG, Gel script, Unix, Jasper reports Strong Implementation expertise covering functional modules – Demand Management, Project Management, Roadmaps, Financial Management, Resource Management
