Detailed Job Description:

Minimum of 10+ years of experience with 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably at a technology company. Must have experience in leading development and/or deployment projects and proven success in product launches and customers success, preferably in the B2B telecom Services space Must have working knowledge of DOCSIS, GPON, WiFi, IP Protocols, and CPE technologies Can demonstrate clear understanding of the entire product development process. Understanding of PLM process and understands critical stages of development. College or university degree, preferably in science or engineering Knowledgeable across many functional areas, including project management, business operations, customer care, business development, engineering, and product marketing Ability to collaborate across teams, and lead without structured authority Business acumen: Need to understand business fundamentals of a product and market Clear understanding of cost structures and accounting principles. Ability to manage operating expenses against established budgets. Highly organized with keen attention to detail Solid teaming and collaboration skills; good listener Results and action-oriented, with the ability to translate results into proactive measures Exhibits confidence and a positive attitude, highly diplomatic yet assertive, demonstrating passion for customer satisfaction, business success, and inspiring others Accepts ultimate responsibility for success of designated projects Skillful in Office productivity and Project Management tools
