Knowledge and understanding on ticketing tool, example-Service Now/Jira etc. Exposure to work closely with Business process teams. Working experience in SAFe (Agile). Nice to have skills: Working experience in SAFe (Agile). Hands-on experience on Fiori, ABAP on HANA, PI/PO development experience Experience in SLT. Knowledge of Solution Manager
