8 years of experience as SAP HR ABAP Consultant and should have strong knowledge in SAP HR modules like PA, OM, Time and Payroll modules. Prior experience of Integrating Success factors to SAP ECC via HCI. Knowledge of business integration builder BIB nice to have. Good understanding of decouple framework and BADIs to update employee data to SAP. Ability to develop highly complex SAP objects using OO techniques in SAP HR module. Working knowledge with Web Services SOAMANAGER and SEGW using XML
