Responsible for monitoring, triaging, resolving, escalating and communicating network incidentsoutages as part of a 24x7x365. Perform third level incident outage triage, troubleshooting, and fix agent break fix actions on Cisco network infrastructure. Provide detailed documentation and summaries of incidentoutage tickets. Ability to work an extended and flexible 24x7 day and night work schedule is required. 5AM to 330 PM EST 4 days a week 230 PM to 1 AM EST 4 days a week 9 PM to 730 AM EST 4 days a
