He should have excellent problem solving skills and thorough knowledge of network administration and architecture. Ability to visit the site for any kind of hands and feet support within the SLA like changing the Line card, SFP etc. for any sites Like DC, Office. Proven experience in a network support role with Wired Lan, Wireless Lan Networks Including wireless access points, controllers. Proven experience in a network implementation operational support role with WANSD WAN, MPLS, P2P, DMVPN networks
