Through Knowledge of Routing and Switching; solid understanding of Routing Protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP) and Gateway Redundancy Protocols (HSRP, VSS) is required Knowledge of VoIP, Multicast, STP, VTP and Virtual LAN s and Trunking (VLAN s); Network Security (ACL s, IPSec Tunnels), Firewalls (Security Appliances), NetFlow, IPSLA, and VPN technologies is preferred Proven Troubleshooting experience Good written and oral communication skills Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment Exceptional customer service orientation Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Understanding ITIL standards, policies, and guidelines Understand and maintain SLAs Certifications such as, CCNA, CCNP highly preferred
