Position Summary:
Full-time IT Coordinator position available immediately at Sea Mar's headquarters in Seattle, WA. The IT Coordinator works under the direction of the Chief Information Officer and performs advanced administrative duties, purchasing and inventory management, contracts management, and processes documentation for the Information Technology Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.Excellent customer service skills, surpassing customer/employee expectations. Exceptional communication skills. High computer literacy. Expert/experienced using programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher, SharePoint, and Visio. Detail-oriented. Demonstrates high level of integrity and discretion towards sensitive information. Ability to follow directions, work independently, and work as member/leader of a team. Ability to multi-task, have multiple on-going projects at the same time. Time management professional: Ability to meet required deadlines, prioritize tasks, and follow-up with others. Desire to improve processes, seek out information, and continually work to maximize efficiencies in the department and the effectiveness of the organization.Desired Qualifications:
Experience working in Health Care or in Information Technology. Desire to continually learn to stay current with industry standards, best practices, and technology.What We Offer:
