Main Responsibilities Provide leadership in technology portfolio for enablement and innovation Responsible for the overall business systems roadmap under the IT strategy Manage a portfolio of technology projects to meet cost, scope, and schedule constraints Develop key performance indicators and SLAs in lieu of requirement of stakeholders Define the enterprise architecture in conjunction with current and future requirements Manage and support delivery of software and hardware operations and projects Enable process efficiency and excellence in delivery Drive innovation for core business operations by recommending viable technologies, that enables growth or provide efficiencies Ensure and maintain satisfactory competitive position within the industry Provide input to PCI compliance, auditing, and risk management functions Identify and manage external vendors in the delivery of contracted work Identify key skills and talent gaps in the organization and work to recruit, train, and retain talent Manage, lead and coach the team to ensure continual improvement in the capability, knowledge, development and performance of the team Build inclusive and diverse teams. Foster a culture in which all employees are valued and heard Motivate and inspire others, creating an environment for continuous learning and connection Partners with Regional, Sub-Regional and Office leadership to create a community for sales leaders that provides a “voice” in the organization and allows for a forum to share best practices Partners with People organization to lead the regional sales talent acquisition strategy and to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, including providing input on succession planning, performance management, and compensation models for key sales roles How this opportunity is different The possibility of being the strategic support for business leaders opens a great opportunity to develop People processes within the areas under their responsibility through the implementation of corporate and local programs to develop the role as a great support for the business that opening up possibilities for professional development. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Appropriate degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related careers with recognition of previous work experience in Technology. + No less than 10 years working in the area of ​technology field + Leadership experience managing an entire IT setting. + Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills. + A team player, and strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence + Strong skill set in prioritizing, strategizing, meeting deadlines and following up on assignments, projects and responsibilities + Proven ability to identify and retain top talent, Manage, lead and coach the team to ensure continual improvement in the capability, knowledge, development and performance of the team. + Ability to build inclusive and diverse teams.
