This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. The position is preferred to be onsite in any DX Business location in USA. As a IT CRM Commercial Tech Lead you will be responsible for:

The IT CRM Commercial Tech Lead is a critical role in shaping DX Commercial technology future. The candidate will unify and steer to develop a cohesive end-to-end cost effective CRM technology roadmap aligned with our DX commercial business processes and customer journey. This pivotal role demands collaboration with the SHS digitalization efforts in Commercial Excellence, Marketing, and Communication to forge a cohesive strategic execution plan, crafting bespoke diagnostics-specific solutions where appropriate, or alternatively developing standalone solutions for DX. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, adept at managing stakeholder relationships across all levels and propelling the Commercial IT strategic vision within DX. Furthermore, this leader will spearhead an impartial Salesforce evaluation for in FY25.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and articulate a clear IT DX CRM strategic plan that aligns with the DX’s overall business strategy. Lead the evaluation and selection of technology investments, ensuring they provide competitive advantage and support business growth. Foster innovation within the IT DX department to drive business solutions and efficiency. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal SHS horizontals and SHS IT peers to ensure IT DX CRM strategy is aligned. Monitor technological advancements and industry trends to keep the organization ahead of the curve.

·       Create and maintain an evergreen plan using technology assets to align with, influence and shape the business go-to-market strategy

·       Develop the roadmap of investments required to realize the IT DX CRM strategy within context of overall IT budget opportunities and constraints

·       Outline ongoing operational expenses and related budget considerations relative to the strategic plan

·       Ensure alignment of overall IT system and service strategy with architecture and data strategic plans and capabilities

Qualifications: / Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred. A minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or leadership role. Demonstrated success in developing and executing IT strategies in complex matrix organizations. Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies and their potential to drive business success. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to build consensus and drive change across all levels of the organization. Experience in budget management and resource allocation. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.

The pay range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed.
