IT Customer Service Technician
The IT Customer Service Technician provides technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. This role is responsible for handling service requests, resolving technical problems, and assisting with system administration tasks to ensure efficient and secure operations. **Key Responsibilities** : + Provide first-line support to users for technical issues through phone, email, and in-person assistance. + Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues within established timelines. + Document and track all support requests in the IT service management system. + Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and software. + Perform routine system maintenance and updates to ensure system reliability and security. + Support IT team in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls. + Collaborate with other departments to enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency. **Qualifications** : + High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification in IT preferred. + Proven experience in IT support or customer service, with strong troubleshooting skills. + Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common network protocols. + Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. **Benefits** : Pay Rate $60k-$75k/yr Comprehensive health benefits package.
