We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **IT Data Analyst** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data, providing actionable insights, and supporting decision-making processes. The candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure data integrity and optimize the use of data-driven technologies, including Power BI and Azure Data Lake. The IT Data Analyst reports to the IT Director, Enterprise Applications.
**Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
+ Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for various stakeholders throughout the organization.
+ Manage and maintain data integrity within Azure Data Lake.
+ Collaborate with IT and business teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
+ Perform data cleansing, transformation, and integration tasks.
+ Support data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data policies.
+ Provide training and support to end-users on data tools and technologies.
+ Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and data management.
**Minimum requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Technical requirements:**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
+ Experience working with Azure Data Lake for data storage and management.
+ Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data.
+ Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
+ Experience transforming datasets using Azure Databricks.
+ Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
+ Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
+ Experience with data governance and data quality principles.

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
+ Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
+ Aptitude for learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
+ Experience as a business analyst is preferred.
+ Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
