Working with Zone Leads on prioritization of Zone’s roadmaps and budgetActing as Zones advocate in Cybersecurity CODI, making sure specific needs are being metSupporting rollout of global programs in the ZonesWorking with the Zone Cybersecurity teams to maintain visibility on the zonal risk maps and making sure they fit into global Cybersecurity strategyEnsuring the enforcement of the cybersecurity policies in the respective geographiesMonitoring key metrics for Zones and ensures burning areas are addressed properlyActing as single point of contact from Cybersecurity for Zonal Cybersecurity teamsEnsuring the best practices are being shared across the ZonesFacilitating unification of Ways of Working, highlighting and providing help to resolve bottlenecksEnsuring compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, such as GDPR, CCPA, and industry-specific guidelinesBringing visibility on the geography specific regulations to central teams.

 

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Cybersecurity GovernanceRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalentStrong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practicesProficiency in risk managementExcellent stakeholder management skillsAbility to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience with risk analysis and advisoryKnowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
