Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking an IT Deskside Technician to join their team. As a Deskside Technician, you will be part of the IT support team, providing essential support to end users. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service orientation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** IT Deskside Technician
**Location:** Massena, New York
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide deskside support to end users in a manufacturing environment.
+ Interface with a service desk and customer IT support team to achieve deliverables.
+ Resolve Windows 10 Operating System issues and errors.
+ Support various brands of printers and scanners.
+ Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
**What's Needed?**
+ Deskside support experience and basic troubleshooting skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Office 365).
+ Experience with ITSM ticketing tools such as Remedy or Service Now.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and computer asset tracking.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform labor-related duties.
