The Sabre Personal Technology team is looking for a talented IT Desktop Support Technician Intern to provide on-site support at our headquarters in Southlake, Texas.
 
What will you achieve:

Support Sabre Staff with Technical Issues at the IT Hub in HQ

Prepare Laptops for Deployment to users

Installs, configures, and troubleshoots laptop computers

Packaging and Shipment of equipment

Inventory available equipment

Fulfill equipment requests

Preferred Skills:

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or in Management Information Systems/Computer Information Systems/Computer Science or a similar degree, graduating after May 2025.

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Mac OS.

Knowledge of MS Office 365

Support for Mac OS and Windows peripheral hardware (printers, monitors, keyboards)

Knowledge of Android or iOS mobile devices

Basic network (WAN, LAN, and wireless) troubleshooting

Active Directory

Microsoft Teams Room System troubleshooting experience

ServiceNow Experience for logging and updating tickets and requests

In Person Face to Face Support Experience
