Desktop Support Analyst, Colton CA:

What Will You Do?

You will be responsible for all in-house repairs of laptop and desktop computers, servicing equipment, and imaging and inventory. This position will receive, prioritize, document, and actively resolve end-user help tickets as well as troubleshoot Microsoft Desktop Operating System and application issues.You will adhere to the company computer security policy, systems development standards, and other company and departmental policies and processes.You will review, analyze, configure, test, and debug documents and install software programs and scripts.

What Do You Need?

1+ years’ experience providing technical support.A+ Certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months,Required.Experience supporting PCs running Windows Operating Systems including repairs, diagnosing various hardware, peripherals, and software problems, and PC and Mac computers.Advanced understanding of applicable hardware and software systemsExperience working with wired and wireless network-attached devices.Strong verbal and written communication skills and Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.Advanced experience with desktop operating systems including Windows Operating SystemsExtensive application support experienceWorking knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilitiesAssociate degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience

Compensation: This position pays an hourly rate of $25.000 - $29.00 per hour

Profit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.
