IT Director
Description We are seeking an IT Director to join our team located in Hampshire County, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be in charge of all IT department activities, ensuring they are aligned with our objectives. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing operational tasks, while also providing support for IT solutions that enhance our services. This role involves collaboration with department directors to develop cost-effective technology solutions and requires strong strategic, analytical, communication, organization, and leadership skills. Responsibilities: • Develop a vision and direction for IT based on our organizational goals • Lead the IT team and ensure adherence to our plans and policies • Foster a culture of responsiveness and high-quality service within the IT department • Communicate technology updates to stakeholders and provide necessary training • Manage vendor relationships and the IT budget • Ensure the proper functionality and compliance of our technology systems • Maintain an understanding of software applications, network systems, and standards • Oversee all IT project management and infrastructure development activities • Translate customer needs into effective technology solutions • Ensure the reliability and availability of our IT infrastructure • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed • Develop comprehensive disaster recovery and security plans • Utilize your skills in Cloud ERP, CRM, Customer experience management, Customer experience strategy, and Critical infrastructure to enhance our IT operations Requirements • A minimum of 7 years of experience in an IT leadership role. • Proven expertise in Cloud ERP systems, with the ability to oversee its implementation and use. • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the systems implemented. • Demonstrated skills in customer experience management, with a track record of devising strategies that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Experience in formulating effective customer experience strategies, with the aim of enhancing overall customer engagement and driving business growth. • Knowledge and understanding of critical infrastructure within the IT domain, with the ability to manage, maintain and improve these essential services.
