Description The IT Director will oversee the management and leadership of our technology infrastructure, with a primary focus on network and wide area network (WAN) systems, ensuring their effective administration throughout the company. This role is responsible for the design, security, and performance of essential IT systems, ensuring smooth and reliable operations across multiple sites. The IT Director will initially manage two IT staff in specialized roles, have indirect oversight of field SCADA, communication, and automation teams, and act as the main point of contact for third-party support in these areas. Requirements Required Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) + 8–10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing network and infrastructure systems + Extensive expertise in network architecture, WAN technologies, and IT operations across multiple locations + Proficient in network technologies such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs Additional Information: + Travel Requirement: Travel required for the construction of a plant in New Mexico (Q2 2025). Initial travel to Pampa, TX may be one week per month for the first couple of months, then on an as-needed basis.
