IT Director Job Description Are you ready to lead a dynamic and innovative global team at Grundfos, a company known for its optimistic, can-do spirit? **What is the job about?** As the IT Director for Sales, Marketing & Service Solutions, you will be responsible for the delivery and management of Grundfos IT business applications portfolio. Your role involves ensuring high performance and quality of deliverables, guiding a global team, and leading strategic interactions with internal and external stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in advancing global innovation and embodying our six core values. **Your main responsibilities:** + Lead and manage a global team of 120 people across multiple locations (Denmark, Hungary, Philippines, China, Argentina). + Direct report of 16 people, including managers andITconsultants. + Ensure performance and quality of deliverables through Agile Product Teams. + Develop global organizational footprint within your area, includingAgileProduct Teams. + Select, train, and motivate digital talent to add value for Grundfos customers. + Lead collaboration withstrategic partners'like SAP and Adobe. + Leadthedevelopment of Delivery Area Plans andIT architecture outline according to Grundfos Strategy 2027. + Member of the IS Extended Leadership Team (ELT). + Inspire and drive IT solutions and technologies across Grundfos globally. + Participate in relevant Project Steering Committees and Process Improvement Teams. **Your background** We imagine that you have: + A Master's Degree or equivalent. + Experience leading large teams and managing complex IT projects. + Strong understanding of SAP and Adobe applications. + Ability to inspire and drive strategic IT solutions. + Excellent leadership and management skills. + Proficiency in Agile methodologies. + Personal qualities such as a positive outlook, initiative, decisiveness, and strong communication skills. **What’s in it for you?** You’ll be an invaluable part of our global leadership team, spreading our optimistic, can-do attitude to advance global innovation.
