Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced I/T Leader to oversee our organization's technology needs – Both infrastructure and systems. This role reports to the Elevated Chief Financial Officer and will lead a team, while also being active to manage our Elevated platforms, infrastructure, and I/T operations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and scaling technology support teams from the ground up while strategically leveraging corporate and partner-enabled technology services to drive efficiency and innovation.
This role is uniquely positioned as part of both the business leadership team and the technology leadership team, ensuring that technology strategy is aligned with operational and corporate objectives while driving innovation across the company.
This position is based on-site at our Tampa, Florida office (hybrid work arrangement), fostering a highly collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the company’s operational goals. Participate as a key member of the business leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy, growth, and decision-making. Act as a member of the technology leadership team, ensuring collaboration and alignment with broader APi I/T initiatives. Build and scale a technology team to support evolving business needs, prioritizing agility and efficiency. Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on technology trends and mergers & acquisition opportunities.Operational Technology Management:
Own and optimize the operational technology landscape, including platforms, infrastructure, and tools specific to the elevator services industry. Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of technology systems critical to field operations and service delivery. Manage vendor relationships to maximize value from partner-enabled services and corporate technology resources.Operational Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with I/T SOX and cybersecurity controls, including documentation, monitoring, and reporting processes. Collaborate with the broader Cyber Security team to ensure alignment with current security standards, frameworks, shared services, and partner-enabled capabilities. Contribute to future cyber security strategies by identifying opportunities to enhance security posture across platforms and infrastructure. Serve as a point of contact for Elevated I/T Team for applicable audits and ensure proper remediation of any security or compliance-related findings.Team Development:
Recruit, mentor, and develop a focused, impactful team of I/T professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the I/T department. Build succession and development plans to ensure team scalability and long-term success.
