Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Legal industry in Los Angeles, California, with the role of an IT Director. As an IT Director, you will be in charge of leading and managing our firm's technology operations and strategy. Your responsibilities include ensuring the effective implementation, security, and further development of our IT infrastructure and applications across all offices. You will work closely with firm leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and adhere to industry standards and best practices. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the firm's IT strategy and ensure alignment with business and operational goals. • Oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure, including network security, enterprise applications, and user support. • Manage IT governance, risk, and compliance, focusing on data security, cybersecurity, and regulatory adherence. • Lead a team of IT professionals, promoting innovation, collaboration, and excellence in service delivery. • Manage technology investments, vendor relationships, and budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and business value. • Drive continuous improvements in system performance, reliability, and end-user experience. • Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and administrative teams to provide technology solutions that support client service and firm operations.
