Description We are seeking an experienced Director of IT to lead our technology strategy and operations with a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Microsoft technologies and a proven track record of ERP management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives to support business growth and efficiency. Requirements Key Responsibilities: + Develop and execute the IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. + Provide hands-on leadership in managing and maintaining Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and Active Directory. + Oversee, support, and optimize ERP systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Infor, Epicor, or similar) to ensure seamless operations in manufacturing and supply chain processes. + Lead IT infrastructure management, including networking, cloud, and on-premise systems. + Manage cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system integrations, automation, and data analytics. + Lead IT projects, including ERP upgrades, cloud migrations, and digital transformation initiatives. + Develop and manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements (SLAs). + Provide technical mentorship and leadership to IT staff and support teams. + Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR) plans are in place and tested. Qualifications & Skills: + 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on manufacturing environments. + Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Windows Server, SQL Server, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. + Extensive experience managing and optimizing ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Infor, Epicor, or similar). + Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity best practices. + Experience with manufacturing processes, supply chain systems, and shop floor technology is highly desirable. + Strong project management skills with a track record of successful ERP implementations, migrations, and upgrades. + Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. + Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical work. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with IIoT (Industrial IoT), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and Industry 4.0 technologies. + Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, PMP, or ITIL. + Experience with Power BI, automation tools, and business intelligence solutions.
