Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking to hire a director to build out their IT organization. This individual will oversee a significant transformation effort that the organization is undergoing, specifically re-platforming the way internal partners work, using salesforce for future state architecture to accomplish work transactionally for the organization. This person must come from an enterprise level background and be familiar managing an organization of over 30 Indvidual's and professional service partners/3rd partners. The org will build out front end systems that customers use to interact with, and the team will be comprised of salesforce developers, admins, C# and React Engineers. Skills and Requirements 10+ years experience in Engineering & Salesforce, including 5+ at a leadership level Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
