The IT Prgram/Project Professional leads or supports the delivery of internal and outsourced IT programs and projects from project initiation to transition to operations so as to deliver projects on time and within budget and to meet the desired business objectives.* Establish project plan and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles and responsibilities based on project methodology and best practice * Monitor and control execution of project though Analyse, Design, Build, Test and Release * Provide Leadship and decision making support by establishing project governance * Perform project reporting including overall performance of the programme and project completion documentation * Ensure compliance to Q, ISEC and DP regulations * Align the programme objectives with business objectives, and authorises the selection and planning of all related projects and activities * Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the programme, ensuring that there are appropriate and effective governance arrangements, supported by comprehensive reporting and communication * Is responsible for Service Ownership & Project Portfolio * Manage service development and innovation * Plan resources * Identify operational risks * Guide team professionals in operational tasks * Improve employee engagement by supporting careers and professional development, Employee development planning

The base pay range for this position is

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
