Job Description
Our Regal Rexnord IT Early Career Rotational Program is a 24-month rotational program focused on developing high potential high performer entry level IT associates. The IT Early Career Rotational Program is for recent college graduates who have a passion to apply technology into creating a better tomorrow.
The program combines a “learn by doing” approach with career mentoring and professional development training opportunities to accelerate associates’ early career development. Program graduates will develop competencies across various IT areas and foundational Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) knowledge. The RBS instills a culture of continuous improvement, and the program participants will be asked to leverage the latest in data analytics processes as well as drive their own created innovations. This foundation of IT and RBS fundamentals will enable our IT Leadership Development Program graduates to make valuable contributions in any of the core functional areas across Regal Rexnord.
Our program is designed to grow Regal Rexnord IT people and technical leaders of the future, by developing strong functional/technical expertise and business knowledge through challenging, hands-on assignments and to expose them to various groups across IT and Business.
Over the course of our IT Early Career Rotational Program, associates will complete 2- 4 rotational assignments, designed to teach fundamental skills across Regal Rexnord’s core IT functional areas:
Data and Analytics (6 months)
Cybersecurity (6 months)
Infrastructure (6 months)
DCX/eCommerce (6 months)
ERP/ Applications (6 months)
These rotations will give associates a chance to gain knowledge and experience across multiple IT functions. Beyond the “learn by doing” training structure, the program cultivates excellence in communication skills via formal report-outs to peers and senior IT leadership and regularly scheduled mentor meetings with program leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver results in accordance with unique goals for each rotational assignment
Develop technical competency in each of the various IT functional areas of rotation
Building expertise & leveraging technology to influence improved ways of working
Build foundational RBS knowledge
Build a strong professional network across Regal Rexnord
Additionally, there will be opportunities to develop general business skills in one or more of the following areas:
Project Management
Kaizen Event Participation
Meeting Facilitation
Communication
Visual Management
Priority Planning
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or similar
Minimum rising senior in standing or recent graduate
Prior co-op, internship, research, or work experience in a related field is a plus
Ability to travel up to 20%

Proven ability to work with a cross functional team
Good oral and written communication skills
Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and handle yourself professionally
