PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

System Support Responsibilities.Responsible for setting up and tearing down of user workstations.Assists with the disposal processes.Assists in imaging of pc’s, testing and validation.Documents problem analysis, communication and resolution in the help desk tracking system.Performs add, move, and change assistance for office moves, new hires, and employee terminations.Assists in maintaining technology inventory according to defined processes.Records problem resolutions thoroughly and accurately in the problem reporting system.Communicates operational status and assists in providing operational reporting.Communicates with other team members and customers.Manages individual time and expense reporting in accordance with CLA standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university or pursuing a technology degree strongly preferred.Willingness to learn new technologies.Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.

The wage range for this position is: $19 – $55.

Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
