What you’ll be doing:

\n\nDemonstrate strong leadership by providing guidance and mentorship to all members of the Endpoint team\nSupport the development and improvements of endpoint technologies\nOversee software deployment efforts with various IT teams to ensure solutions are fully tested and successfully deployed\nLead and manage endpoint-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.\nDrive technical leadership behind the building, testing, and documentation of all workstation and endpoint build standards\nTake ownership of endpoint products, driving their development, implementation, and continuous improvement.\nDevelop and implement innovative endpoint strategies to enhance user experience and productivity\nManage and support audio and video conferencing systems to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.\nCultivate a winning culture around project developments as a resource for the Endpoint Engineering team’s success\nEnsure creation of design and deployment documentation for use by Endpoint Engineering, Service Desk, and Technical Services\nWork closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor endpoint solutions accordingly.\nOversee and manage Microsoft licensing to ensure compliance and optimize licensing costs.\nMonitor the performance of endpoint devices and systems, implementing improvements as necessary to maintain optimal functionality.\nMeasure compliance reporting to ensure the Endpoint Team is meeting all requirements within deadline to include but not limited to ensuring all workstations are patched/ updated within required timeframe.\nSupport the development of processes and procedures related to PC lifecycle management including procurement, break/fix support, disposal, and asset tracking\nMaintain thorough documentation of all configuration reporting and system measurables

What you need:

\n\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred\n5+ years of experience in an IT Endpoint Engineering team\n3+ years leadership experience in IT related field\nExperience with Microsoft products and Dell hardware landscapes (Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, Group Policy, SCCM, InTune)\nExperience with DEX tools and AI technologies like Microsoft Copilot\nExceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills\nKnowledge of endpoint security practices and compliance standards.\nStrong ability to set clear expectations and hold team members accountable; track record of delivering quality results and exceeding standards.\nProven ability to prioritize high-impact tasks and deliver results consistently; adept at organizing work to meet project deadlines.\nExceptional relationship-building and communication skills; ability to foster an inclusive environment where team members feel valued and empowered\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining focus on team and organizational goals. Strong work ethic, with a fierce dedication to exceeding expectations\nImpeccable organizational skills with the ability to multitask and deliver results under pressure
