【岗位职责】
支持聊天机器人服务的开发与服务推广，具体包括：
1.    支持多个交付项目，进行NLP及模型应用开发；
2.    支持整体测试过程；
3.    遵循Devops规范，在Jira中跟踪和处理开发工作；
4.    根据项目需要，提供Python开发服务支持；
5.    根据需要出差，提供项目的现场交付支持。

【详细要求】
1.    支持分析型AI和生成型AI平台的开发和交付；
2.    熟练掌握Python，具备AI模型开发技能；
3.    至少2年以上聊天机器人开发经验；
4.    英语能力者优先；
5.    具备AI应用经验；
6.    了解大型语言模型（LLM）；
7.    具备聊天机器人推广和交付技能者优先；
8.    沟通能力优秀；
9.    具有海外AI工作经验者优先。
【任职资格】
1.    本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2.    1-3年工作经验；
3.    熟悉自然语言处理、机器学习等相关技术；
4.    具备良好的团队合作精神和抗压能力
