Description We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first- and second-level technical support to our end-users, ensuring smooth and efficient operations of our IT systems. Key Responsibilities: + Provide prompt and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person. + Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to: + Hardware: Computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, peripherals. + Software: Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite applications (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.), and other business applications. + Networking: Connectivity issues, VPN access, Wi-Fi connectivity. + Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software. + Manage user accounts and permissions within G Suite and Okta. + Participate in the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure upgrades and projects. + Document and track all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system. + Proactively identify and resolve potential IT issues before they impact end-users. + Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support. + Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times. Requirements + 2+ years of experience in an IT Support or Help Desk role. + Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems. + Experience with G Suite applications (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.) and Okta. + Proficiency with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong customer service orientation. + A+ Certification (preferred).
