3. Manage the Network devices and having troubleshooting skills for switches, Routers and firewall.
4. Manage and focus on IT Security and Application Security.
5. Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
6. Managing the IT expenses, budgeting and Payments and vendor co-ordination for purchasing IT Assets
7. Project management and stack holder communication and IT related Escalations Management.
8.Responsibility for the implementation of the digital tools and project
9.Following ITIL practices, Incidents, Service Request, Change management
10.Implement the best practices and follow latest updates and being project coordinator aligned with central IT team.
11.Create & manage business application on Microsoft platform like power apps, power page portals, co-pilot studio and power automate.
12.Create & Manage the application like website must have knowledge of python & java scripts and database tools on SharePoint list and Azure SQL DB
13.Create & manage the power BI Dashboard, Some automate RPA tools.
14.Support the existing business applications like oracle HRMS, Travel Management, SAP, Service now etc.

B.E. In computer science or IT
MCA or BCA
Additional experience on Microsoft platforms, and website development tools,
