Skills and Requirements Key Responsibilities  Provide Tier 1-4 technical support to employees and high executives across various systems, including hardware, software, and network issues.  Configuring and managing SAML/SCIM/SSO identity management solutions such as Okta.  Configure and support Enterprise Network Environment  Perform hardware troubleshooting macOS and Windows devices.  Deploying hardware and managing the full onboarding/offboarding process using tools like JAMF and Intune.  Hands-on administrative experience in managing cloud-based Enterprise applications such as Google Workspace, AWS, Github, Slack, Zoom etc.  Working closely with the security team to define policies to ensure company assets and data are protected.  Seek areas of opportunities by writing scripts or workflows to automate a manual process.  Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.  Create and update technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and IT procedures.  Perform quarterly audits on system upgrades, updates, patches, and security updates. Qualifications  Being the primary point of contact for any issue.  Understanding infrastructure-as-code principles (Terraform is a plus).  Proficiency in Okta, including SAML and SCIM integrations.  Skilled in managing JAMF and Intune for efficient device management and security.  Experience with scripting languages like Bash, Python, PowerShell or Terraform.  Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VPN, DNS, LAN/WAN setup/management, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting  Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.  Familiarity with enterprise applications such as G-Suite, Atlassian, Zoom, etc. (Ubiquiti is a plus) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
