Roles and Responsibilities: Installation and Configuration: * Lead the installation, configuration, and administration of SAS Viya 4 on AWS EKS * Implement and document best practices for deploying and integrating SAS Viya into cloud-native environments * Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to ensure seamless integration of SAS Viya with AWS Kubernetes infrastructure Performance Optimization: * Monitor and optimize the performance of SAS Viya 4 applications to meet business needs * Implement resource management and scaling strategies for Kubernetes to support SAS Viya * Analyze system performance metrics and apply turning techniques for improved efficiency Cloud-Native Operations: * Administer and maintain SAS Viya environments on AWS Cloud, leveraging core AWS services for optimal performance * Ensure high availability, failover configurations, and disaster recovery setups for SAS Viya 4 * Use automation tools to streamline operational tasks like upgrades, patching, and backups in Kubernetes-based SAS Viya deployments
