Responsibility
Manage PC and personal device environment of Hiroshima sites.Responsible for the installation, repair and preventative maintenance of personal computer and related systems. Performs all installations, upgrades and backups of software and hardware applications. Troubleshoots software and hardware failures and identifies network problems when they relate to PCs. May assist Network Administrator with troubleshooting of networks.Requirement(Not necessary. These skills will be trained) Fully trained in all ServiceNow functions and features Significant, demonstrated experience with Windows Operating systems Clients: Windows 10 and 11 Servers: 2022, 2019, 2016 Familiarity with Mac OS Working knowledge of imaging utilities such as SCCM, etc. Advanced troubleshooting skills with hard drive encryption software MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook configuration issues with Exchange Strong VPN and remote dial-in troubleshooting skills Demonstrate strong skills supporting printers in an enterprise environment Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, GPO Demonstrate proficiency in Micron environment – MTGroups, Remedy, Projects, Processes, etc. Strong proficiency in creating and referencing documentation/knowledge articles using Micron tools. Strong software installation/support skillset Disciplined, systematic problem solving skills required. Mobile phone and mobile devices.
