Summary: Seeking an IT Field Services Technician to provide onsite IT support, including incident response and system setup for various operating systems.

Job Requirements:

US Citizenship required. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Valid driver's license with the ability to drive company vehicles. Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. Willingness to travel occasionally within or outside of Maryland.

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field. Certifications such as ITIL, MCP, MCSE, ACMT, HDI Support Analyst. Experience with Linux, Windows 10, Mac13.2 and/or iOS. Job Responsibilities: Provide onsite IT support services including system setup and hardware/software installation. Work with Microsoft Windows, Macintosh, and Linux systems. Diagnose and resolve issues with computer hardware/software and networks. Perform computer imaging and pre-delivery testing. Create documentation and assist other teams as needed.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
