IT Field Support Technician

Description
Our client is bringing on two field service technicians to join their current team on a long-term contractual basis with the opportunity to convert permanent as opportunities open up. These technicians will work directly with the Lead Field Technicians to support a portfolio of locations in a zone. Technicians should be good at following directions, able to work in a group and independently, and have previous hands-on computer experience. You will be troubleshooting laptops, tablets, Promethium boards, SMARTboards, printers, etc. Tickets are escalated from the remote teams within the IT Department. It is important these technicians have had experience repairing/troubleshooting in the field. Hours are Monday - Friday 7:00-3:30pm.

These technicians should be professional, personable and able to interact with non-technical individuals in the various locations. It is important these technicians are reliable as there is a lot of autonomy in this role.
Experience Level
1+ years of hands-on technical support experience.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
