We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Field Technician to provide both desktop and help desk support for our organization. This role requires someone with hands-on experience in imaging, Intune, ticketing systems, MDM, and Windows upgrades. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with remote users and provide in-person support to address IT-related issues.

Required:
