Job Description One of Insight Global's real estate clients is looking for an IT Field Technician. This person will provide hands-on user support by troubleshooting hardware and software problems for desktop and laptop computers. Configure workstations for new users and upgrades existing equipment and software. Set up and maintain network and telecommunication systems. Troubleshoot LAN, server and connectivity issues. Utilize ticketing system, when necessary. Re-image computers, performs data migrations and restorations, and conducts remote problem solving as needed. Candidates must be local to Southeastern Massachusetts.
