Must Haves:

8-10+ years of Information Technology Project Management experience
Application Development Projects
3+ years of lead experience
3+ years of Agile experience
Large enterprise background (financial industry preferred)
Experience leading 3+ projects at a time and managing teams of 3-6 individuals per project
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, JIRA or Agile tool to measure projects
Experience communicating and presenting at the VP level
A go-getter mentality- the ideal candidate will be proactive about managing their projects, learning the various IT systems and how they support business processes, and not be afraid to ask for help from their supervisor or others
