Execute the daily operations tasks for the device financial process Assist as needed with the BAU budget working with the corporate finance team Work with the procurement team to ensure knowledge of all contract changes Ensure financially impacting contract changes are appropriately tracked for requisitions/purchase orders Creation of BAU requisitions and purchase orders Maintain, execute, and improve monthly validation process  Provide financial communication for local country billing Manage any invoice/payment questions or concerns Track all invoices and payments  Track financial due dates and address failures/penalties Work directly with corporate finance team to ensure the proper invoicing charge codes are used  Financial accounting experienceProven experience in maintaining financial spreadsheets and budget Proficient in Microsoft office suite (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)Experience in excel-based financial modelingDemonstrate knowledge and understanding of excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and listening. Actively promotes ideas, and manages changeComfortable in an environment with changing priorities, competing demands, and working with global teams located in different time zones
