We are looking for a full-time IT Generalist, based at our headquarters in Warsaw.
As part of our IT support team, you are jointly responsible for all IT requirements of our three divisions Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty and Watches & Fine Jewelry (Retail and Wholesale)
as well as for our corporate areas within Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Using the Microsoft environment with Cisco network components and servers, you will be involved in the design and optimization of the CHANEL IT landscape and thus contribute to a holistic and future-oriented implementation and optimization of digital processes.

In YOUR ROLE you can expect:

Tasks related to installation, configuration, operation and monitoring of client and server systems (mainly Microsoft) as well as support for infrastructure changesOrdering, installation and configuration of different hardware and softwareBeing a contact person for our employees in the head office, in our boutiques and in the fieldHandling problems and faults and their proper documentationCross-interface project coordinationContact person for IT helpdesk inquiries from different usersCooperation with the IT departments in Germany and Europe in generalContributing your own suggestions and optimizationsWorking cross-functionally with other departmentsSupporting and training the team in the field of IT programs and systemsConducting regular business trips (1- 2 per month)

YOUR PROFILE:

Minimum four years of experience in a similar positionStudies in business informatics, IT management or comparable trainingVery confident handling of MS Office 365Knowledge of MS Windows ServerService mindset, analytical way of thinking and willingness to provide excellent services to the businessTeam player with positive attitude, flexibility and stress resistanceComfortable with complexity and ambiguityFluent communication skills in Polish and English; Czech or German would be a plus
