Job Description:

Role Name: Regulatory Business Operations \ Engineer

Location: On site \ Torre Virreyes, CDMX México

Band \ Corporate Title: Contractor

Contract duration: 3 months initially, after indeterminate

 

Member of Technology Infrastructure team. Position will be a key resource to keep track on tasks and projects related to regulatory and audit activities. Responsible to maintain updated and in compliance all the requirements (regulatory / corporative / government) associated with the technology supported in the bank.

Candidate will plan, request, organize, maintain, update, continuously monitor and improve the evidence gathering for audits.

 

Responsibilities:

· Review audit requirements documents and make the follow up file and records.

· Follow up and close contact with Local and Global teams for evidence gathering.

· Collect evidence documents and submit to SharePoint.

· Identify evidence gaps with auditors and close. · Manage continuously interviews and review requirements with auditors.

· Ensure all relevant risk, compliance polices, and standards are met for audits comply.

· Ensure to follow execution plan for delivery evidence.

· Work with technical teams and define lessons learned on each audit, follow up, and close resolution tasks.

· Create an inclusive and healthy working environment and help to resolve organizational. impediments/blockers for get evidence.

· Willing to work at Main site located in CDMX, Lomas de Chapultepec.

 

Qualifications:

A candidate must have:

· Ability to coordinate and follow up evidence delivery for Workstations, Network and Midrange teams

· Strong communication skills in Spanish and English to ensure a good engagement with partners and business customers.

· Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) intermediate/advance level.

· High English spoken to interact with global teams for agreements, escalations, and follow up.

· General knowledge of networking communication

· General knowledge of Servers (Windows/Linux)

· Intermediate understanding of common network technologies

· Knowledge and understanding of datacenter/server-room environment and policies

· Manage relationship with different line of businesses and technology types

· Highly motivated and pay close attention to details during audits interviews execution

· Deep experience in regulatory reviews with auditors from government instances like:

BANXICO, CNBV, BMV, SAT, INDEVAL, CCV, ETC

· Preferably has previous experience working within a large Financial Services environment or Banking sector in México.

· Good experience working with Bank Entities Government audits

· Good communication, time management and project management skills

· Ability to multitask and able to perform well under tight deadlines

· Team Player & ability to work alone and with other teams for follow up.
