Person profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical degreePractical experience of Information Technology, Software and HardwareBasic understanding of Windows operating system.Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and common business applications.Strong customer focus skills, ability to understand and translate business requirements to ITFamiliar of the IT Service Delivery model, ITILInitiative, motivation and openness to new and innovative technologies (business process automation, RPA and AI)IT Projects Management experience is a plusAbility of establish and maintain effective working relationships with others; work harmoniously and effectively as part of a teamFluent in EnglishCommunication and teamwork skills
