Candidates considered must also possess a Secret level clearance or can obtain one upon joining* JOB DUTIES: · Provide technical support and leadership of operations team, which consists of L1, L2, L3 resources o L1 = Service Desk/Desk Side Support Admins o L2 = Windows, Linux, Storage, Networking and VMware Administrators o L3 = Windows, Linux, Storage, Networking and VMware Administrators · Drives the successful execution of project and report results to Belcan and customer leadership · Builds, develops, and grows the client relationship based around client expectations · Identifies problem areas and create action plans focused on continues improvement · Reviews time tickets, yearly performance reviews, and salary actions · Develops and maintains a career development plan for all staff members · Supports the proposal process by providing project estimates and work scope · Effectively communicates status to stakeholders, including organizational leadership, multifunctional teams, and the customer · Interfaces effectively with people at all levels and from diverse technical backgrounds · Provides leadership to teams and guidance to staff members of various experience levels REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: · Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully managing complex IT projects, plus task supervision · Advanced knowledge in data analysis and reporting · Subject Matter Expertise in system administration and support for Windows workstations/servers/OS, Linux workstations/servers/OS, Networks and Storage/Backup in classified program areas · Advanced system troubleshooting and issue remediation · Advanced application troubleshooting and issue remediation · Small projects and process improvements · Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills · Must be able to work on-site in Cincinnati, OH. No remote candidates will be considered. We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $130,000 to $145,000 annually.
