IT HCM Application Reporting and FDI Lead

Job Purpose                                       

IT HCM Application FDI Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence solutions for Oracle HCM. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, designing custom reports and dashboards, and ensuring the efficient processing of data. This role with work closely with HR Technology and HR Master Data Management team to address the various analytics requirements and optimally use FDI to deliver quick outcomes.

OPERATIONS 

Understanding of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management,Talent Management, Compensation, Recruiting and Onboarding Leading the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence solutions. Providing technical expertise on Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence architecture and data modeling. Collaborating with end-users to understand their business objectives and reporting requirements. Designing and developing custom reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions. Performing data integration tasks, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Conducting performance tuning and optimization for efficient data processing. Developing documentation, training materials, and conducting knowledge transfer sessions. Staying updated on the latest Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence features and industry trends. Support quarterly releases and testing for FDI releases Provide technical support for operation issues like pipeline data movements

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence solutions. Experience with end-to-end project implementation in Fusion Data Intelligence. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling concepts. Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and related technologies Working experience in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI/FAW) Able to build custom data pipelines and integration with other warehouse applications Experienced in Data Augmentation, semantic model extensions, Optimizing dashboards and FDI roles Excellent SQL Query, Analytical Custom Reports/Dashboards and debugging skills Ability to work on a project from start to finish with very little input and guidance from their supervisor and able to document progress as well as the solution for future changes Managing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Customer-service-oriented attitude Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines Change Management, thinking with an open mind willing to step outside of what feels comfortable or normal Security and Compliance Vendor Management Continuous Improvement, learning from failures, celebrating small and large victories, and thinking outside the box

PREFERRED

Experience with other Oracle cloud reporting tools like OTBI and BI Publisher. Knowledge of HCM modules. Oracle certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect or Oracle Cloud Data Warehouse Specialist. Functional Understanding on Oracle ERP Modules, Finance, SCM, HCM also well versed with Fusion Data Model.
