Summary: Seeking an IT Help Desk Agent to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage user accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

2+ years of Tier 2 Enterprise IT Support experience Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and IT-related work experience Hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting experience Valid state-of-residence driver's license

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field Experience in a call center environment and with system management tools Certifications such as ITIL, A+, MCP, MCSE, ACMT, HDI Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

Provide support for account administration requests via multiple channels Diagnose and solve technical problems related to various devices and applications Create documentation and follow up with customers as needed Deliver computer parts or accessories around the Lab as needed

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
