Contract - 4+ month contract

Pay Rate: 18/hr W2

We are seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst to provide phone-based support to users experiencing technical issues. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping others with their IT-related concerns. As an IT Help Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for users in need of technical assistance, troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues, and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
