You'll play a critical role in managing our ticket system, troubleshooting PC issues, and ensuring seamless deployment of PCs and software—making a direct impact on the efficiency of the team! **Key Responsibilities:** + **Ticket System Management:** Monitor and manage the help desk ticketing system to ensure quick and efficient resolution of technical issues. + **PC Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows 11 PCs, ensuring minimal downtime for employees. + **Onsite Support:** Provide on-site technical assistance to employees, offering immediate solutions and maintaining smooth workflows. + **Windows 11 Support:** Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows 11 operating systems. + **Microsoft Azure Support:** Assist with basic user management and access control tasks within Microsoft Azure. + **Software Troubleshooting:** Provide first-line troubleshooting for various software applications within the company. + **PC Deployment:** Help deploy and set up new PCs, ensuring they are ready for use and properly configured. **Required Qualifications:** + Associate degree in IT or a related field, or currently a junior/senior in a 4-year program. + Must have completed courses in network, security, and helpdesk support. + Basic understanding of Windows 11 and Microsoft Azure. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Must be available to work on-site 3 days a week. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and basic cloud computing concepts. + Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools. **Why Join Us?** This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your IT career and gain hands-on experience in a professional, supportive environment.
