Description and Responsibilities
Under the direction of the IT Support Desk Supervisor, the IT Support Technician provides a key role in the Open Sky I.T. Department. This position is part of a collaborative IT Support Desk Team, dedicated to providing outstanding customer service by addressing technology requests, resolving issues, and responding to inquiries across the organization.
Success in this role is built on strong teamwork, a customer-first mindset, and broad knowledge of technology, including software, hardware, and cloud-based systems. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technology and troubleshooting needs to the staff of Open Sky.Configure, distribute, maintain, and ensure return of equipment provided to employees and/or programs by the I.T. DepartmentIdentify, research, and resolve technical problems as they arise; document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required. Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving history, required.Relevant technology certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA A+, Network+ or similar), or equivalent professional experience, required. Strong working knowledge of computers, networking and software, required.
MUST Haves:
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 AdministrationProficient in Microsoft Entra Admin CenterExcellent Customer Service Skills and documentationUnderstanding of IT Support Ticket systemsUnderstanding of basic networking and wireless technologiesProficient with troubleshooting printers and multi-function devicesNICE to Have:
